Upon receiving upholstered furniture, cushions may appear narrower or bulging due to transportation. Restore their original shape by shaking or fluffing them gently.

Over time, seat and back cushions adjust to body shape, developing natural wrinkles.

For cushions with feathers, foam, or fibber filling, puff and fluff them. Periodically remove the cover and shake the inner cushion, ensuring it’s properly tucked into the corners when placed back. For foam pads, smooth the cushions by hand to eliminate wrinkles. On normal seating, a created wrinkle should not exceed 2 cm, varying with larger furniture sizes.

To ensure even firmness, change your seating position periodically. Normal use might lead to variations in seat firmness, which isn’t considered a defect.

Armrests are vital for arm support and aesthetics but aren’t meant to bear weight. Avoid sitting on them to maintain their integrity and design.

Avoid exposing upholstered furniture to direct sunlight to prevent colour fading. Keep it at least 1 meter away from heat sources like stoves or heaters to prevent damage from excessive heat.

Store furniture at normal room temperature and humidity to prevent damage. Low humidity may cause static and attract dust to the fabric.

Prevent pet damage by not allowing them onto the sofa. Their claws can harm the fabric.

When moving the sofa, avoid pushing it to prevent damage to the floor.
